An Established Oil Company (PSC) in Indonesia is searching a qualified candidates for:
Senior Negotiation Analyst
Role Synopsis:
- The Senior Negotiation Analyst reports to the Asia Pacific Business Development Manager and is responsible for identifying, negotiating and capturing options that support the delivery of COMPANY’S Asia Pacific strategy.
- This includes creating, drafting, and negotiating various agreements/contracts (operating, conveyance, acquisition/divestment, access/leases, trades and co-venture, options, confidentiality, etc.).
- The Senior Negotiation Analyst will be exposed to critical relationships with industry partners and government agencies (e.g MIGAS and BPMIGAS), as well as many internal customer groups and must maintain a high degree of integrity as COMPANY S representatives in the discharge of these responsibilities.
- Partner and COMPANY S stakeholder communication.
- Deal development with preparation and negotiation of associated agreements.
- Internal and external stakeholder communications.
- Regulatory assurance, compliance, advocacy.
- University degree in Economics, Finance or Law.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar/related role.
- Minimum of 10 years experience working in cross discipline teams.
- Exploration and Production (E&P) operations knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with E&P deal structure, drafting contracts and managing regulatory relationships.

- Excellent written and oral communications.
- Fluent in English.
- Broad based industry experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to fulfill job requirements.
- Ability and desire to work in team setting, and with limited supervision.
