Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience within operator oil and gas company
• International experience in several basins using several different rig types, onshore and offshore
• Supervisory and management experience leading drilling/completions engineering teams
• Thorough technical and operational understanding of the drilling business through several areas of expertise at an authoritative level
• Safety management skills
• Advanced contract administration skills
• Advanced risk management skills
• Superior problem solving skills
• Highly self-motivated individual

4. Familiar and understand specification of material & inventory for supporting drilling & Work Over activities
5. Having good communication with team, preferably in English
6. Having ability to make progress activity resume / report
