3. Responsible in project handling with good planning, monitor project activity and evaluate all project performance

5. Responsible in HES implementation program
6. Responsible in all project performance

Requirements:

1. University degree, has experience in production facility maintenance of MIGAS at least 5 years and as Project Manager at least 3 years
2. English fluent written and orally
3. Able to communicate with people of all levels and able to take pressure
4. Display integrity and an open attitude
5. Computer literate and good command of applicable business system
6. Demonstrated strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Experience in handling projects above USD$ 20M and demonstrated abilities in managing the execution of projects
8. Having experience dealing with local contractors and local community (NGO).
9. Certified Project Management is advanced.
10. Willing to be located at Duri-Pakanbaru

Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of all engineering aspects of the project and execution plan.
• Ensure all designs are in compliance with contract requirements and comply with Process Design requirements.   All technical aspects (mechanical related issues including piping, vessels, structure, heat exchangers and pumps) of the Project are connected, and technical interfaces are managed effectively to meet the Project Goals.
• Support the Projects Department by ensuring timely completion of engineering deliverables.
• Support the Sales Department with basic designs when required.
• Complete mechanical design work when required.
• Manage a small team of engineers including; E&I, Drafting, Mechanical
• Manage subcontracted engineering including structural
• Ensure General Arrangement drawings and designs are functional.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Petroleum / Oil / Gas / Construction Management / Structural / Mechanical or related discipline.
• At least 10 years experience in oil and gas industry with process equipment packages in an engineering capacity. Strong technical skills with good understanding of codes and standards. Those with Electrical and Instrumentations (E&I) exposure will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to work independently although part of a team environment.
• A Hands on person and able to complete engineering documentation including datasheet and checking of all engineering documents from vendors and company.
• Diligent, positive attitude to challenging work, have good leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
• Be flexible and able to work under pressure during challenging periods to meet project deadlines.
• Familiar with Engineering Specifications and Engineering Program such as PV Elite.
• Excellent communication skills (written English and Bahasa Malaysia).
• This position reports to the General Manager (an expatriate).
